Not bad. I like the atmo in general, the lighting's natural, i think the colours are ok but it might have more impact if you stuck to a colour scheme. On the flipside you need to fix your brush settings - it's a little jittery and it's kinda jarring on the eye. Not as much as it could be, but it could just flow a little more smoothly. Smudging across the hat doesn't quite work but this is also the bit where the actual smudging flows best.
Overall, id suggest to maybe give your focal a little more room, and give it some light.
As it is it's a kinda amateur-y style. Your skills are fine, you know what you're doing technically, but you're just going at it with the wrong approach. Be more bold in what you do.
