we have been trying to break off engagement for weeks now, but still cannot do that...see for yourself (below), these events were sent to us but we still engage...

I asked this question to Hydr0 before and he asked me to report this bug...I hope this bug can be fixed ASAP...thank you..
You do it at the church, click ceremony and then click second thoughts.. trouble is its not working properly right now.. if it continues to not work please file a bug report in the forums when the bugs and issues forum is reopened which hopefully wont be too long away.
