Hi Everyone
i recently start my own Gas station named Shell. Trying to recruit people has been really tough as it should be for new company. But the main issue i face is loyalty! once they find better pay they leave, even after they happily agreed with me on a daily wage. i wish Torn staff can take this into consideration and maybe put something in place where an employee has to stay at a company for a certain amount of days before leaving or some sort of contract agreement.
any thoughts from other player welcome

Everytime i attack on a faction war the hit damage is always 0. I have tried it on a few different leveled players. From level 7 to level 25. I definitely know there stats aint good enough for me to get no hits. Yet on normal attack i dont have any issues like this. I have done this around 6 times on faction wars and all 0 hits. Please sone one help and sort this.

Yes i guess your right. But if they not active daily it wont really benefit me would it in terms of effectiveness
