Selling 7* Cruise Liner, All upgrades apart from max size. 850mil. (was 8* but lost a star after i lost interest in keeping the company :'( Had an awesome time with this company, spent a year on the stars, but now its time to let someone else take the helm!

Im looking to sell my 6* Cruise Line Agency Large staff room 12 max Employees 11/12 active employees already I have invested a lot of money into this company and started it from the ground up. at this time i have spent 645mil on all the upgrades (including startup price)
I am looking for around 1bil. i feel this is a fair price as i have spent lots of time recruiting and talking to my employees making sure they will stay loyal. i dont know how much each star on the companys rating is actually worth but im sure the price is fitting as i spent a few months investing my time into starring it up.
