So who else is with me are going to subscribe or not.?I will only wait and see until November. And even if you dont like or not you cannt force us to post in bugs forum.
If you have invested so much time and money on doing something this huge and over-hyped then you should have checked it over different devices before releasing to public.
On a side note. Does some people think that they are being helpful when they grave something. Well I dont think graving my thread got a good result for torn especially in Cheds point of view . Because it only made it worse as I have now decided to unsubscribe.
What’s with the drop in players?Active daily players has dropped by about 10%, it was loitering at around 19k before release. This is expected, as such a huge change was bound to knock out a few who were on the verge of quitting anyway (mainly those who did not want to hang around to get used to it). The drop-off may also be due to issues on specific devices which we've been resolving over time.RESPO was never meant to instantly increase active users, it’s more of a long term investment that will hopefully increase users over time - especially when we feel the time is right for advertising campaigns again. The life-force of the updates - your donations, have stayed very stable thankfully.
From the announcement.
The words however diplomatic, I still believe they are very cruel for the staunch players who stayed with torn for so long. Apart from being slow and laggy, torn has lost its glamour and accessibility. Let me put one very annoying aspect of it here. Posting this was extremely difficult due to the fact that I was not able to see the actual post while typing, which was hidden behind my keyboard, just because I cannot scroll the page up enough to see the area I was typing. I had to push physical back button to check if there is any mistake in my typing. While there can be somethings done by different users to find a way through, it is still annoying and an obstacle put in our path.
