If you believe Magno was the only PT that knew about this, you're a fool. There is a reason the #1 spot mugger in Torn is PT, let us not forget why the 15 second anti mug protection was implemented in the first place. Because PT and others were utilizing API to mug extremely high amounts of cash on hand in seconds across Torn, I can imagine this is not the first time they have used API inappropriately in the past. After reading the entire leaked discord conversation, I can officially say I agree with Simon's post.

Also, the amount of PT defending Magno knowing fully what he did, is just a genuine implication of PT's character. Loyalty over integrity, this is where the "gang mentality" is born. Just because staff have not punished others, does not mean others were not involved, it simply means there was not enough conclusive evidence to suggest it officially.

PT members reference Monarch 14 times in the entirety of the leak. Guess we should be honored, when the spot light is on you, blame someone else.
