You can allways talk to me about work, if someone leave or go inactive. As Director of good running companies for years, I know there will be need of new people form time to time.
I do the number 1 here. BUT, i still feel i play fear. I look to the low rank companies, and check if the director is active. If the director is like 50-100 days offline. I start looking at he´s employees. Sometimes there is active employees there with great stats. And that is loyale people, that accept working without training for months.... I offer them the same company, with better stats (as we have more unlocked stars/stats in my company). And also i offer them some cash too.
Or, i look in forum, where people look for job. But they beeing hired really fast, so you have to look all day long to be the lucky guy there...
Trade chat also work, but often there is New people with low stats asking for job. Not what im looking for.

Training in turns, usually train your stats undet 100.000 so you get your merit/award

There is some "triggers" age, income, activity and so on. If you have been 10 stars, it is just to get them back, week for week. If you not have been 10 stars before, you need to "unlock" this triggers first...
And there is only possible for 10% of the total numbers of this type companies to get to top rank, so when you get yout 10 star, some other company will lose their, and fell down to 9..

In my company the "insurance" hit in to pay loss to the employees that need it. Overall they are good people, loyal to the company, so i think they are worth it :)
If we get this loss one day, i can live with it. As long it not happen every day :p Last time it was some error to companies is years ago...
