I have strong reasons to believe that those where caching issues. Could you please clear the cache and see if that helps?
Can you try quitting all public channels, like Global, Trade, New Players, and even your Faction chat if it’s active, and see if the performance/load improves?

Dsla and I debugged his issue and found that his local storage was full, specifically due to some entries from the Battle Stats Predictor. After clearing local storage, the chat successfully switched to v3. Instructions on how to clean local storage: https://prnt.sc/vHjCia9KK2-n
