Every Torn account that held a staff, official or volunteer role when TornLife last observed its profile, with staff kept apart from volunteers.
Profiles are observed every few weeks, so a role gained or lost since then shows up late. Former holders are not listed: Torn's profile shows only the current role. Official voices takes roles from two places: the profiles the forum archive saw and Torn player profiles as TornLife last observed them. The Roles directory counts player profiles only, so an account whose role differs between the two, or that TornLife has no player profile for, is counted on one page and not the other.
