Your lighting is a bit off, the main light looks overpowering where as the light on the right isnt strong enough.
The red dots are pissing annoying, id get rid of them asap.
the whole idea is pretty nice but it doesnt offer much depth imo.
his right (our left) hand is way over sharpened and his head is under sharpened, this along with the lighting makes the arm more of a focal than the render as a whole.
play about with some GM's and curves layers

Its too dark imo :/ I get what you're trying to do, but some places are just plain black :/

And the sig seems to be low quality, especially near the render

If this was a 400x150 tag this would be perfect because everything would be equalised in the tag but because it's wider you've got to aid the negative space. :)

Yeah, But trying to work with 600x100 is kinda tricky trying to get the hang of it

There are no rules in art... just preference.

In my opinion... I would give those red dots a glowing feeling and soften them up.

Nice work. Keep up the great job.

Red highlights need smudging better
yellow highlights the clipping masks imo should be removed
the lime green smudging is nice but the clipping masks in the second version should stay but move slightly.

the second one youve ruined the smudging on the right, its far too dark and you lose any real emphasis on the smudging which imo ruins the tag.

try to bring in a true light source as you would any other tag and 9/10 you should sharpen smudged areas
