You, yes you, are in charge of adding new words to a dictionary.
The only problem is coming up with the definitions.
A resident before you will make up a word and you're in charge of defining it. Once you are satisfied, you, yes you, are now appointed to making a new word to be defined by the resident that saunters in behind you.
