After placing a bet on current matches, why do the bets disappear and are not available under "your bets"? Is there somewhere else to find them? I do not see that I am getting an event that the bet was placed anymore???

After placing a bet on current matches, why do the bets disappear and are not available under "your bets"? Is there somewhere else to find them? I do not see that I am getting an event that the bet was placed anymore???

Yes it shows I made the bet up until the match starts, then it is gone. We do not receive events when bet is placed anymore, so makes it a little harder to track what you did. Hope this is a bug and will be fixed.

OK there's no longer going to be events for bets, because you can change them now they decided to just rely on Your Bets, but sounds like I need to check that they still show after the game starts.

Exactly the same here. Bets are visible onlytill they close, then they vanish without a trace.
I have hundreds of millions in bets I cant view and have0 proof of, then I have bets on WC group winners that were determined right at 24 hours ago that haven't been paid yet.
So far, RESPO has been exactly as I expected.
Edit- Finally got paid off yesterdays group winners but as far as new bets go, as soon as thebet closes, POOOF its gone without a trace asif itnever existed. My YOUR BETS link moves to the dropdown list andisn't even clickable at that point.

That is the biggest issue fluffy, once the match starts and the event is not listed in the current window of available bets, the "your bets" tab is greyed out and no longer clickable. I agree that we do not need events anymore for a placed bet as long as we have access to tracking them in "your bets", but that definitely is not happening for me at the moment! Thx!

Well now the tab is gone completely, must be being addressed! And it is good to see that I still get an event letting me know I lost a match!!! Thanks... :(

I agree it should change, but ffs give it a couple of weeks til they get a chance to iron everything out, as per the announcements. You'll still get paid, so calm down, get a piece of paper out and write them down... put Your Bet's at the top and stick it on the fridge. Sorted :)

Actually payout timesARE NOTthe same. Its been nearly 48 hours since World Cup groups C and D were determined yet still no payout. Groups E and F are complete and approaching 24 hours now too. New bets were paid but pre-RESPO bets seem to be neglected.
Next thing you know, some brown nosed ass-kisser is gonna try and convinceus that bookie staff are all busyre-writing code... seriously

I was paid out the winnings of pre-respo bets..
E.g. Brazil.
Argentina and France group winners I am yet to be paid, however have been paidout post-respo Argentina win game..
So yeah waiting on Argentina and France group winners, so will see what happens. (it's not been over 24hours)

Yeah, they paid out group A and B.
Groups C and D finished Tuesday and haven't been paid. Nearly 48 hours... so the next person that says all bets get paid in 24 will be my mugging pet for a month.
My match bet on Columbia was paid but my Group bet on Columbia has not. This would be a prime example of new bets vs old ones.
Fluffy, To suggest thatanyone with pre-RESPO betsshould have to ask for them to be paidis an ignorant position to take. Would it not be reasonable to expect that the people handling the bookies might take a look at the gambling forums once in a while to see what issues gamblers may be having ?

It's paid via a different way, we can't see them, only those 3 have access to pay those. I didn't bet on them so I don't know when they're paid or not. If you don't want to mail them then don't, they'll be paid eventually. But stop complaining about them in that case. We aim for 24 hours, if it goes over then you're fine to ask, and this is best directed at those 3. For post-respo bets you'll be able to mail anyone of the bookie staff to chase up on a payout if it's over 24 hours.... but for now only those 3 can help.
