Couldn't agree more with you Panda, I lost over 1.1b whilst playing blackjack thinking I could always make my money back but loosing more, The casino is designed to withdraw money from the torn economy, safe to say i'm totally broke from it all and I think some changes need to be implemented to make it a more even game, I'm sure thousands of other players would agree with me to.
the reason why casinos use more then 1 deck is mostly so they do not need to shuffle every time they play a hand weather it be a 16 face card deck or a 32 face card or 64 or whatever the odds are the same
due to the fact that every hand is a reshuffle being online ... this would only ever change if the deck you played did not shuffle every hand you played witch just is not the case online or if more then 1 person played at the table
although i have not played since the update i can tell you now that you have a much better chance winning at torn blackjack then the casino.
for 1 the splits have always gave you a huge advantage in torn due to the fact they let you play your first hand then show you the dealers hand then let you play your second that dose not happen norm giving you a huge advantage any time you split to see the dealers hand and just stand on something stupid like a 7 and win the hand knowing the dealer busts
on top of that most casinos do not allow surrendering unless your playing a electronic version of blackjack witch like online blackjack shuffles the cards each time.
it would be a vary bad idia for chedburn to make blackjack odds to be in the favor of players being that it is already way more favorable to play then real blackjack.
if you are really pissed off about the loss of your torn money too blackjack maybe you just should not gamble.

CPrinceCexplained why Casino's operate that way. That they have a good reason to doesn't impact how Torn doesn't have a reason to.
In New Orleans they keep the dead above-ground. That makes sense in New Orleans, but it doesn't mean it's a good idea where I live. Be a little more flexible.

Uhm... what section is blackjack in in this text based game.. I don't know about you but i click CASINO to get to blackjack... an online casino is still a casino. Although i am pretty indifferent on this but the dealer has the same chance at busting too, so play wisely and hope the dealer hits for the bust rather than yourself...
