can anybody please explain spawn of torn and fallen soldiers?

i dont understand how babys are born/generated

or how anybody can officially die when we just go to hospital

is this like legit real people who play the game dying?

how does the game even find that out unless you have close friends playing

This is real life.

'Fallen players' refers to the actual people who played the game and have since sadly passed away.

Likewise the 'babies born' part is from Torn players who have met through the game and had a child together in real life.
