I was playing the roulette on 10 mill bets on the second day of respo and on my 7th turn i hit my number and i was not payed out . Then i done 1k bets on red and black and when ever it was red and i bet red i lost but when it was black and i bet red then i would of won.
At the time if this issue i mailed hydro which totally ignored me then i mailed clansdancer and she got me in touch with a dev . The dev told me there was such a bug and 2days after this happened they fixed it and clansdancer told me to wait and post an official bug report on the forums when they re-open and here i am.
There was really a bug with animation (ball sometimes landed on wrong position) - if you checked the "last games" sectiona fter that happened, you saw the correct number. Now this should be fixed, or this happened again?
This is not happening again . I just want my money that i won as the game had no problem taking away my money when it landed on the wrong number and when i got the right number it did not pay out.
I already told about this - it was an animation problem on client, it's not related to server. If you want to check some outcomes, I need to know exact time it was played - I will then check the logs.
How can i know exactly what time this happened when it was so long ago and as i said i mailed staff right away after the incident and this has never happened wih the old torn.
If your giving me some childish story about animation then i could have won on every turn but tje game was not paying out .

And if you ask me if i checked it after the game did not pay out then the answer is no.
The way i see it and i keep on repeating myself is that the game did not pay out my winning number and you have me an excuse thats childish. With your excuse you can not pay anyone out in the whole of torn when they win and just same the game is broken and its like that and your not getting what is yours back.
in reality my number came and i bet on it and did not get my winnings . I mailed staff asap and its been like 3 weeks now since its happened and i still dont have my winnings .
"Last games" link is a first one at roulette header. The results there are always correct, so this can be used to check, if you saw a different number or something like that.
I don't see any problems in your log - I hope that you will find this reliable. If you think that I searched wrong games (can be simply because I didn't get any additional info), you should tell me when exactly this happened.
And again - this was a bug with animation. This mean, that client showed incorrect number, but server processed your bets correctly (can be checked in "last games"). And now this should be fixed.
Judging by the last game feature it was on the 23/6 that this happened.
I do not know what animation you are talking about aurel but my number cam out and i did not get my money . You can take every ones money on roulette and blame some animation thing which is not fair . Again i repeat myself for the fifth time MY NUMBER CAME OUT AND I DID NOT GET MY WINNINGS.
It's very simple -the ball sometimes landed on wrong position (i.e. actual number was 10, you saw 12). The real outcome was actually correct, but you saw the wrong one - animation problem.
To check such things we have logs. If you want, I can send you ALL your logs for 23.06 so we can check if everything was correct or not together.
To be honest with you im not a computer wiz so i will have no clue about the logs and all i know is that i donate money into this game and i expect for it to be up to high standarts and if there are bugs like this then for the stafc to clear things up.
All i know is that my number came out and i was not payed and the rest is history. I dont believe the lies you tell me just to avoid admitting there was an issue.
Give me my winnings or refund all my money wasted in casino as it seems to be broken . You want me to lose money in casino and thats OK but when i win i still dont get it then whats the god damn point in donating 230 dollars in my 30 days of playing when staff cant return a measly 360 mill game money .

Donator packs have not changed in price since well pretty much forever I believe? Has always been $5 since atleast 2010.
Tom i did not mean the price in real life money . The price of dp has gone up as i remember selling some for 24 mill last week and last time i checked yesterday they were 31 mill because no many people are donating anymore.
Theare are several columns - Time created (when you actually played), Won (if you won or not), Number (the actual number on the wheel), Stakes (your actual bet).
I am asking again - if there is something wrong there? If you don't see anything wrong or you don't know how to read this - I don't understand why you don't believe me? If you will continue to simply blaiming the staff and ignore all my previous posts I will be forced to end this discussion.
I am staff member, I can't post any kind of unverified info, and what you are doing is actually blaiming. I posted exact log info, and even described, how you should read it. I think will be better, if I will write Clansy about this problem.

The information the DEV (You know the guy who built the casino game you're moaning about) is factual. He logs everything and knows exactly what happened.
What happened is - there was a visual display error which led you to believe you won something that you did not win. Therefore we are not crediting money.
Do not mail him in game he has answered you and it's a final answer.
