Overcharge on Subscription

I been in talks with clansdancer through messages about this and nothing has gotten done, figured this is my next step followed by reporting it to paypal but i would rather keep it at game level if possible. So here it goes.

i was charged 40.48 on my credit card, originally it was 40.88 but when the statement came out .40 was a foreign charge so im fine with the foreign charge since thats my credit card doing it. but here it shows on my credit card

So my question is how does it show $4.85 then go to $40.48 then show $43.65 on a complete different page?

it just seems weird that i been charged fine every other time and then respo gets released and i get overcharged. i tried emailing and havent had success with it. sent an email to payments@tornand earlier triedwebmaster@tornso i can see if that email link i get something. But calling might be the best option. It might not be anything to do with torn might have been a paypal error over charging my credit card, i dont know.
