Booster call down daily exceeds 24 hour limit by up to a few hours.

This is normal, as long as the cooldown is under 24 hours to begin with you can take more boosters. You're only prevented from taking more once it EXCEEDS 24 hours. For example, your cooldown could be on 23 hours 50 minutes, you could take an FHC (for +6 hours), and have a cooldown of 25 hours 50 minutes. You just wouldn't be able to take any more boosters until it goes down below 24 hour cooldown.
