I've seen a few but the only one that currently springs to memory is under the "Upload new image" feature;

The upgrade itself works fine, but it should be medical points, not army

This should be fixed to "post", to reflect what you are actually rating.
Under - Preferences -> E-mail subscriptions - there are three options to subscribe/unsubscribe;
They all spell "Unubscribed"
