Side Bar Display Issues

I have searched the first 3 pages of Bug & Issues and have not currently found one like this yet.

Connected to App2 On Google Chrome. And checked on App3 with Mozilla Firefox, problem persists on both.

As shown there is an issue with Money, showing both full length as well as shortened version.
The Level is shown twice.
Points are shown twice.

Mailbox, Events, and Awards text do not align with their boxes.

About 6 boxes after the Recruits Citizens link that have the Bounty symbol. They link to nothing but the cursor changes as if you could click them.


So far all I have done is clear cache and try two different browsers in attempt to correct the issue. None successful. This is the first day this issue has taken place. Any insight or help in correcting this is much obliged.
