I think you get the items in the goodie bags when you open them, but it just doesn't tell you what you got. I had a shit ton of items in my item list and I noticed a few new things, but I'm not sure everything that I got.

There should be energy cans, some happiness bottles, some nerve bottles all from the x-mas/halloween town. ie. Can of Rockstar Rudolf, Bottle of Minty Mayhem, etc
