How to fire/train/change position to people in my company when is log on with my phone?

How to fire/train/change position to people in my company when is log on with my phone?
There is a combobox which defaults to "Income Chart". Click on it and choose 'Employees'.
I tryed but the only thing that happends is that the chart change. And the employees option didnt open
There was a problem, that the drop-down list openend and closed immediately. But since the last update, it works for me. Did you click on the text "Income Chart"?
Which device and browser do you use? Perhaps there is still a bug for your platform.
