Have you ever thought in translate all the game into your language?
That's a nice question I think, maybe paying with points, some people would like to do that translations for the admins, they could pay us with those points and a special honor bar.
I would like to translate the game into portuguese (brazil) language.
There is anyone else that would like to do the same with your own language?

If it was translated into one language (other than English) it would have to be translated into every language or people would bitch that their language was left out and then the game would have to pay for localizers, for translators, for forum staff that could read every language whereas English is pretty much a universal language (well other than sign language)
It would be interesting to know if the devs at torn have or did consider implementing language models into respo.
Lots of users don't speak english as their first language, I would think that it would be a good selling point to get new players in the door.
Especially if the language models were constructed by players that spoke that particular language. It would need to be double checked.
Forums would still be f**ked, but maybe google translate plugged in to tinymce might prove useful if not comedic.
It would certainly increase activity and financial income. Although loads more staff would have to be hired. Also, did you mean the current forums converted in all languages or every language having its own seperate forum.
No forums converted at all. It would be impossible, but if there is a way to utilise google translate or some other translate api into tinymce (Had a google nothing straight out of the box ). Could be handled by a setting in your preferences maybe. All other text on torn could be fairly easily run through a translate model. So your OC could come through in Portuguese or Norwegian.
We'd have to have hundreds of staff and the Admins could never make decisions in regards to discrimination etc, so no, it'll never happen. Why not try rasgado.com :)
We would need Torn in Esperanto or Aramaic or Egyptian Heiroglyphics.
it'd be nice to have it in another language but English is so basic and less difficult to learn and understand
