On Topic:

You can attack these guys with ~1.5k speed, 1k Strength and a macana- just try to attack locked and rowdy when on low life to avoid stalemating...

at level 30 i easily took these guys with 1mil strength 100k speed,100k defense.They hit for a couple thousand damage when they land a hit so high health is what really matters against them to be honest

The easiest ones from my experience are roadrunner and skidz_rockz
Gonna rank ScruvyDawg at medium because with 100k speed i missed alot.If he had the health to match his level then i wouldn't have put him here
