You'll now gain more driving skill from an official race, even if you're able to join 2 or 3 it will still be better than a 100 lap circuit.

Driving skill can be gained through both official and custom races.
As an additional tip; to build driver skill fast many players host their own custom 100 lap races, with a friend, as driver skill is built from time on the track. This, of course, has its drawbacks as you are more likely to crash in these long races (even with the ridiculously low possibility). I have done this from time to time and have only crashed twice EVER, one was my first ever race lol

Thanks for the correction, i was unaware of this change. I should really read the announcement and check out the racing updates soon :') haha
The new setup is pretty great, watching real time how you're doing on certain tracks can help with decisions on upgrades or changes to tires/suspensions
In custom races, will you gain more skills with more people participate or it doesn't matter?
Also I heard you gain extra skills when getting 1st place, how about 2nd and 3rd?

where did you get this info from? I still assumed you get better DS from doing custom 100 lap races as opposed to the few laps of an official race.
100 laps round the longest track with one min wait, or 15-ish laps round the longest race with a hour wait. your better off doing 100 laps custom race imo, parkland i believe is the longest track. when i do open a 100 lap race people join very quickly, having friends is quicker.
would be good to know if position and number of drivers effect exp gain.
In which company i can get driving skill upgrate as benefit ?? Its like Job point used for driving skill upgrade in which company ?
