I crashed 6 out of 10 races while fixing cars with saved points to maxsafetyand full upgrades best fitted for each individual track.

Racing can go fornicate itself with an iron poll! I have crashed way to much to the point were cant even fix my cars fast enough with points earned before I crash again! Between my latest crash and 2ndlatest crashtook a few days off racing because wasfrustrated with the new system.

I even changed my job to are dealership tocombatthis to no avail as now it seems this system is crash heavy. I won't beracingagain until this isresolved.

Racing seemed great at 1st but like all of respo it has serious issues and become no longer fun orentertaining. (needs to be fixed)

Crashing issue was resolved. Was a problem but not anymore.

I agree Totally, before RESPO i crashed a total of 3-5 times over 800 races, Since RESPO almost 25 times within 100 races.

The ones i don't crash, i lose.

Can't win enough points to fix the cars i have before i crash again, 0% chance to upgrade new cars.

I agree the Crash needs to be changed back to the post RESPO stat, just too many crashes with the new system!

This BS of having to use 20-30 points every other day has to stop. Racing is one of the main things I enjoy in TC, way to make me want to quit.

Got to agree with the above posts. Crashing way to many times now. Can't afford to upgrade any new cars because my points haul is dwindling fast, and it will soon get to the point where you can't be competitive in races because you can't keep cars upgraded due to too many crashes.

I only use upgraded cars to do official races (2-3/day) and basic cars to do long unofficial races for racing skill. Since RESPO I haven't noticed any significant change in my crash rate but I'm not using drugs at the moment.


My understanding of the safety upgrades is that they do not decrease the chance of you crashing but only reduce the time you spend in hospital if you do crash. ---> @ RD_

hehehe....so hard saving points for my new cars....when I save my points I crash heheheh....please smother the crashing machine ;)

How exactly are new people to racing suppose to get into racing??? I am crashing on average 1 out of every 10 races and to fix the car is anywhere from 6 to 30 points. I was one of the fortunate ones that started before RESPO and have points saved up, but they are going down fast......anyone new could never save up enough points to race regularly.

The current crash rate is killing racing.

I haven't ever crashed any car, and the car I use now is almost fully upgraded aside from two upgrades that'll cost 4 points each, and 2 safety upgrades.

Perhaps the crashing is related to your car's upgrades? I can imagine cars with huge acceleration/top speed upgrades but no braking/handling to go down in a ball of flames sooner or later.

And if you just have low driving skill, racing with cars that have no upgrades for a while could help.

eitherway, try to figure out why you might have crashed, or where on the maps if you were watching the race, might help.

I've been using fully upgraded cars (I have 5 class A's fully upgraded) and picking proper cars for the proper tracks, and still have crashed about 10% of the time. Before respo I had crashed once.

As it stands now, since Racing relaunch, i'm down over 75points from replacement parts, net, I have been winning/placing in some races.

It also hurts that the crash chance has gone up, but the points for placing dropped from 6/3/1 to 3/2/1.

The points were never 6/3/1 afaik, they were always 3/2/1 ever since I've been racing (pretty much from the release date).

Is this still going on like this? I had a lot of crashes after RESPO, and decided to only do 100 lap races to get my driving skill up. The thing is, I haven't crashed in these custom races. I drive either a E-class or an A-class car, with no upgrades.

ps. I've been thinking it's that super-fuel upgrade that decreases safety a lot. Could it be?

RESPO killed the fun in it for me. Before racing was something i did constantly and enjoyed. I have more than enough points to crash and burn for a long time, but comming in here to check and crashing 1/10 of the time isnt fun.
I crashed 2 times before respo, 10-15 right after , so i stopped. It is the same car, same upgrades and same guy behind the wheel :P so that doesnt really affect it i think. 
I lost a good upgrade here the other day, the Strip out :P i guess allot of interior and stuff magicly reappeared inside my car :P 

I'm only been using maxed Class A cars for several years now and I haven't noticed any difference in the frequency of crashes. There are simply times when I'll go a couple days in a row and crash a lot, but I had those before RESPO as well. Some of the new tracks are also more prone to crashing than some of the older ones as well.

It's about having the right upgrades and the right cars. And using the right cars for the right tracks. Sometimes you get unlucky and crash a few times, but that's part of racing.

Has this 'over crashing' been fixed yet? I gave up racing about 3weeks ago due to getting fed up of crashing so much and barely being able to gain points in A-Class.

I haven't crashed at all for the past few weeks - was crashing a couple of times a week before that.
