Looks good. I tend to like my darks a bit darker so on the background itself (especially near the edges) would prefer it to be a tad bit darker but still looks fantastic.
As of right now it has the appearance as if there was a film over it and if you added in some more blacks it might make it really bring the piece together. Again that is just personal preference.
EDIT:
Might even be as simple as opening the .png in PS and just bumping the levels a tad... I believe that may work a bit but randomly it will look utter crap with a few effects/etc.
