You bought the rental and should be expected to stick with it.
You can't enter into the rental contract then back out half way through.
This proposed idea of yours has far too much scope for abuse. Where does the cash come from? The person renting out? Does it just put them straight into negative cash?
Awful idea, once you click the lease button, your'e signing yourself into a contract, as you are when you click the accept offer button. If you didn't want to lease it for 30 days, you have the option to lease it for less anyway.
