What does user activity measure exactly? Is it just how much data you more daily or like total time on or just a number to annoy people.

Your question doesn't really make sense to me... but it is exactly what the tin says. All the time you are navigating pages and doing what your doing on torn, your user activity score will be increasing. You don't really need to worry about it too much though.
Cool thank you for your answer. I was just wondering what made the score go up in my personal stats.
I look at it as if a click of anything in torn awakens the timer which will add a short period of time to your activity of somewhere up to a few minutes, and more clicks possibly expands the time needed between clicks to count as active play...
