I'd say TCHS. Having a stream of med packs coming your way can't hurt you.
Otherwise, you could go for IOU.

I have never received a Castle... Pretty sure that was taken out of the lineup years ago.

 No, it hasn't.

I received a castle a few weeks ago.
But I wouldn't recommend buying it, since it's too luck-dependent.

This is the mail which I have received
Surprise!

TCSB works in pretty much the same way as all of the other "dividend" stocks - ie. afaik it pays out roughly 20% of the "old" value of a benefit block in the previous system per year on average (the stated average is across all benefit block holders - you can do better or worse than this nominal 20% APR figure).

A benefit block of TCSB used to be $2 billion, so that works out as somewhere in the vicinity of $400 mil split over 4-5 dividends across the year if you're lucky in the current system (and a lot of people aren't lucky at all when it comes to receiving dividends - it can be a VERY long time between drinks and the dividends themselves can vary quite a bit).

In summary it's not a very good investment as you can do better than 20% per year even with just some casual share trading on the stock market or even casual item trading / flipping.

Edit: To be honest I'm not 100% sure if it is still working off that old benefit block price or not nowadays - it still seems to be the case based on casual observation at my end, but if there is anyone out there who has paid a higher price for a benefit block in the new system then hopefully they can share what they have been getting in terms of dividends to clear that bit up.
