Has anyone ever unlocked this gym before? Is it worth it. Is it better than Sports science lab? Could u use xanax in this gym?
And if u have no idea what I'm talking about, just go to the special on gym. The last one, is what I'm referring here.

I always just presumed it was going to be released and was then pulled at the last minute. Never really considered the possibility there could be someone (or some people) out there sneakily using the gym, enjoying 10+ dots or whatever xD

No, special gyms don't work that way. Anything on the 4th tab of gyms has 1 or more requirements that must be fulfilled to unlock it.

It doesn't actually exist, it was put there to get people to unlock all the special gyms and dump more money into the sink. Non druggies have unlocked all the specials then reverted to balanced stats, simply put the gym is bull.
It's actually Zurich's private gym. He does laps around his own ego.

What are these requirement? Not asking for specifics. Just an example. Do u mean getting a certain amount of something (x [stats] amount requirements; x amount of x crime)? Is it possible it'll ask for more than 1 requirements?

This has been my theory... I unlocked every single one long ago expecting that to be the final trigger, it was not lol. The gym has no reason to exist other than as you said, a money sink.

I'm not one to spread rumors but I hear the unknown gym is owned by the church . At some point the top donators will be given membership . But you didn't hear this from me .
