I've heard he hires and fires randomly, empty promises is all you'll get.

Nothing random about it, I no longer accept people with such shitty stats. (We are talking less than 100 in each stat in the instance.) If you do not have at least two stats higher than 1000, don't bother applying.
It is random, considering you don't have forums and you don't require such criteria.
Perhaps you should edit your OP to let people know, so new players don't get confused over it and apply as it's bothering you.
I don't think you understand the meaning of the word "random". You may call it unfair or say I'm a duche for doing it, but it certainly was not random. It was a deliberate choice executed on purpose.
You got an extreme good pay while it lasted considering your stats, and I never promised anything beside that.
