I've been training this one particular stats for years(literally) but over the years the increment of this stats is still the same. eg. 200.000 per train and next train is still the same 200,000.
Is this normal?

Once a stat you're training passes 50 million it's exponential gains are 'capped', you won't get any increased gain from the stat itself being increased. You'd have to increase the stat gain through other methods (Steadfast/education bonus etc)
