depends if your trying to make money or actually keep your nervebar.
the most money would be hacking crimes but you will lose your nervebar fast.
safest is just keep doing warehouse arsons
you could do kidnappings im just not sure if you lose crime experience if you fail. usually on kidnappings if you have enough to pay them off , i think its like 75 k. then you dont go to jail but not sure if it effects your nerve bar

You fail to mention the huge amount of crime experience required by an individual to be able to get onto a PA team.
In regards to the red option on kidnapping which doesn't send you to jail, it hurts your nerve bar just not as much as jail would. (As you still failed)

There is no crime worth doing for money, you worked hard to get a 45 NB keep doing Arsons and wait for the new crime system to come out and hopefully it will be useful.
