I bought the requered amount of sym shares. It has now been a few weeks however i do not get benefits. Why?

I bought the requered amount of sym shares. It has now been a few weeks however i do not get benefits. Why?
It's an average time of one a week to get benefits. You might not get anything for a month, then get 5 in an hour, just gotta be patient.
Also, make sure you stack the required shares into one block
