Please I cannot access announcements from my authentication page from my mobile and I can't also view the forums from my mobile.

what browser, os and platform?

UC Browser, Google Chrome and I use ot on Jelly Bean
(Android 4.1.2)

How do I upload the images?
I've been trying but it seems not to be working when I try the source.
I can't browse and upload
