Same for me, but on education, bank and drugs timers.
The icon timers are an hour less than the timers on the pages.

I get this often on drug timer, unsure of others. When I mouseover it will be 15-60 minutes earlier than the actual timer.
Fixed with clock change for me.
Would still suggest it needs looking at though, sounds like poor coding
it has been fixed on the development server and should be pushed to the production server today. Thank you. It was really interesting bug.
