I'm noticing a low of lower levels with extremely high hp, more so than the 7.5k claimed to be the max and thus guess this isn't intentional, will these be changed?

Hmm, it seems the user in questions HP has changed, perhaps server lag for the newer players having their HP changed?
either way their HP seems to be showing the correct values now.
Yes, there is some kind of lag, mine had remained at 7k+ and I couldn't understand why compared to some of my older faction members but now its dropped to 551.
Here is an example. Level 59 with over 300k HP GoldenFeel [1523811]
