How does one cancel their subscription. I have not come across such a button.

How does one cancel their subscription. I have not come across such a button.
Call up your bank / visa / debit
go to your google checkout / paypal history. You'll find it in the recurring payments. You can cancel it there.

That's how you get yourself banned. The game would have already given you credit and you would be causing a charge back.
