count up to 100 and carry on, I start,

person to reach 100, one count up per person per post. you can count up straight after someone else does,
and anyone who is the same level as the current countdown number can reset or close to the number, for example, if the current number is 35, anyone who is LEVEL 30 TO 40 (level) can reset! resetting is like being evil!
if the number is 200, anyone can reset, once it gets to 201, u must be level 1 or between 1 - 10, same process.
