How much should the average employee be paid?
Depends on your work stat.
Some 1-3* company overpaid their employee. "Especially if they resell it after the comp reach 5*"
So they willing to work in the company for more longer period and make them more active.
Some company solely depends on their special to attract employee.
Like fitness, cla?, sweet, firework, candle and zoo comp. So they give 0 for the employee salary.
The most biggest salary I ever knew is 3.1M for 500K+- total work stat. ^_^

Daily takings-(your cut+advertising)/by number of employees.

Directors are starting to pay premium wages again to jump ahead once the change is released to get to level 10 quicker, of course they wont be marketing as such but watch the company recruitment pages.
