Based on these stats, what would you assume for the players age and level in torn?
There is no age or level to give you at all. Some will be higher, others lower
Just keep playing the game at your own speed and have fun yourself. This is the most important part
thats true, levels and age can be really deceiving i guess.
Indeed, level can easily be 'bought" by attacking and leaving high end level weaker players, but in turn you use your energy for level and have week stats with a high level. And then other lower players will use you as punchbag to level up and you have a never ending cycle.
While as age, some turn inactive during a year because of school/work, etc. or others have 18 free hours a day to spend on anything.
Find yourself a fun and entertaining end game (for me it's collecting honours/medals). and the more fun you have, the more you play, the better you become ;)
We play the game for fun, not for level or stats.

They could be level 20 and 3000 days or level 25 250 days with those stats it all matters on how active you are and your xanax intake tbh
A good rule of thumb is 10 million total balanced stats for each level, so your Level 38, 380 Million total stats as a start to be competitive in factions. Enjoy
