Hi i have today used my job points and its the second time i have had the same issue the def bonus shows as 1.4 something mil and when i check my stats they are unchanged please help im not sure if it was the cut down ie version i used but its driving me mad im on chrome now the other browser sped up page loading and removed chat as im on a limited band width.

Are you saying the company points were removed from you, but you didn't gain anything?
yes its the second time its happened since i've been here in this company.

I can't seem to find a reason that this might happen.
It deducts the job points and then immediately credits defense.
Did you see the message... "You have traded X job points for X defense!"? The amount of defense was correct but this did not increase your actual defense stat?
I've got no idea if anyone else has the bug.
look at my def stats its been confirmed by one of you already you can see where they where used.
my job points all went apart from the few I have left its happened twice so I lost months of saving them up I used the tab with the entire amount in.
if your ot going to fix it fair enough just let me know and I can give what I have left away.

Perhaps try recording your defence stat before and after, perhaps test it now to have a look?

Perhaps you accidentally trained Strength instead? Pavel did a search and could not find any failed queries.
Do you know how many company points you used? I'll have to run some tests if you're sure.
WOW just wow with torns reputation of being one of the worst games for player support and being told already there is next to no chance of anything being returned but that last post killed the remaining hope I had left I am used to staff not listening and doing little to actually help. this is a FOUR star company we have 2 specials and roid is not one of them, the very reasons why I stopped donating.
I had hoped somebody had at least looked at this if not to simply make sure its not reversible and you cant get free training. Im not repeating anymore what's stated in this thread I will just finish giving away what remains on here and leave. Spending this amount of time in a company and saving all the job points up and only having 36 work is beyond annoying compounded this this rubbish.

I've never heard of anything like this happening before in all the years this feature has been available. And in almost all cases like this, the user is mistaken or at fault.
Unfortunately we can't just take users word for it and credit "missing" stuff, because this seriously reduces the integrity of the game and promotes fake bug reporting.

She got fed up of waiting and did as she said, she walked she has had some bad experiences with staff and including this one BTW she posted her stats and you can see the job points didnt get added when she left she owed me money for the company so cheers ched im out of pocket. awesome work there
