When i tried to use my job points on 21 november 2014 my job points were deducted but my maximum nerve is still 17 wat should i do???

I guess you are talking about the below special
| 1 | Audaciousness | 1 Nerve per job point |
indeed. your maximum nerve can only be increased when you increase crime experience.
The jobpoint special gives nerve for you to use straight away.
