A dirty bomb (i.e. think of a nuclear bomb) has been dropped which takes away a large number of respect from one faction. This affects a few other things in the game such as closed airport and people getting radiated and sent to hospital randomly. The airport will be open in a few hours again and life will be as usual.

You plant her into one faction and she will infect every single member causing them to have a lifetime of regret of not using protective measures in exchange for a moment of pleasure. A great way to screw one over in my view.
