Well i know that new systems installed by u have changed the game but i did ask a few players before filing the bug report

So there is this guy http://www.torn.com/profiles.php?XID=1783463

I bought items worth 1 bil from his bazaar and then mugged him ,
1st mug at 00:24 TCT = empty
2nd mug at 01:10 TCT = empty
3rd mug at 3:02 TCT = empty

And all this time he was inactive his last action atm is 6 hours ago

And all the players who have mugging experience told me that u should get SOMETHING from the mugs and not EMPTY after u waited 2 hours. ( I constantly refreshed the screen and made sure he was not mugged in the meantime)

I think there is some sort of a bug or i am missing out on something...

All i dont understand is how can u be offline for 6 hours and still get EMPTY MUGS

I not sure, how mug amount is related to user online/offline time? It depends only on previous mugs? You wasn't the only player who tried to mug him actually, and all this tries will be counted in calculations.

Well we both were ding group mugging as psycabolic was strong individually for me, so yah i never mugged him but lost to him twice and only Kamao mugged him like 3 times.

PS as far as myself is concerned i can give u my history as well aurel1 that is --- I have been mugged for 9 mil when i left a poker table with 1 bil.

And i was mugged ike 3-4 times before that (and these 3-4 revives happened within a space of 4-5 hours
