10* ranking

This thread is pearly speculation. But do you guys think the revenue to move to 6 stars and above will be retroactive or from date of update release.

This is can have a strong impact on newer companies over older ones and if someone should buy existing company or start a new.

There is also the question if each new star will come with a new special. And what can those specials be.

What we've heard is that anything over 5 stars is performance based.

I also can't imagine there being more than 2 new specials per company.

Thanks for your feedback in the attacking forums over the last month. We've been carefully narrowing down our plans for a patch to modify stats slightly to make sure each one has the same worth. Of course, there's really no way we can make everyone happy - but if every stat has the same value in one way or another, at least the system will be fair for everyone.

While I'm at it. Glad I train my stat evenly.
Sometimes I surprised how a player who are older than me can lost while attacking me.
Oh they had more HP. Ummm 1-2K. I rarely keep my in-game events.

I'd like to just see 1 new special at 10 star. One that would be really beneficial is quicker life regeneration special.

Hopefully the specials are spread in an even way - so certain companies become less saturated.

I do remember reading that stars can be gained and lost but thought that was 9 -10 stars as only the tip 20 can have 10 stars.

Consiquently I imagine that is a benefit that can be gained and lost aswell.

either way I hope the extra benefits balance out the income made by the tear of the company. Especially the middle grade companies.

I'd imagine the top 10 or so companies will level to 6 starts within the first week of it being released.

Not sure if there will be more specials.

I would imagine there would be a lot of configuration with regards to advertising, popularity,eff,envi , pay and income with each company and you would have to reach certain goals to level up.
A graph or chart to show performance or goal would be nice too.
Or something which shows you the performance or ranking of the company Infront of yours to work to beat it.
NPC companies could also be fun....

especially in the oil rig companies (most 4 star rigs are making more income than 5 stars...)

So we didn't really know about it.

I check the newspaper rankings every day. My company is 5* rank 2 in newspaper (oil rigs).

My friend also owns and runs his own oil rig 4*. Up until last week or so, he used to make more income than my 5* rig and has not yet ranked up. It has been 4* for over 5 months making good income but nothing has triggered.

I have noticed that 3* oil rigs HAVE ranked up to 4*, so maybe it just takes some time?.

(just to note, I have never ranked up a company before. I have ran serveral successful 5* companies but only as 5*'s so maybe I'm missing something in the way the system works?).

Oil rig company ranking up quite fast actually. Almost in compare with the Pub or something similar.
I wonder if CheddyBoy is still evaluating the results of Scrooge Events...

So it was unlikely that CheddyB reconfigure the company section...

Its fine.... Someone prefer something more stable than taking one from zero.
