I got jailed this morning for over 6 hours (i.e. over 360 minutes). I clicked to use 10 nerve to try and escape. Message came back saying I couldn't because I must be in for less than 200 minutes and I should stay put. Last time I checked, 360 was a fair bit more than 200. Unless this is some kind of new math, seems like this needs fixing. :-)

This is not a bug?
The message tells you you need to be in jail for less then 200 mins to attempt a selfbust.
as you say 360 is higher then 200, so you can't bust yourself out (you are in the high security prison part you can't dig your way out.
The wording on the message is poor. It can also convey that the system thinks you're actually under 200 minutes, depending on how it is read. Why not add a few words like ... you must be less than 200 minutes "IN ORDER TO ATTEMPT A BREAKOUT", so better stay put.
Even better, don't even have the option show up if the player isn't qualified to use it.
or keep in mind from now on that you must wait until you only have less than 3 hours 20 minutes before attempting an escape.
that could work. seems to for everyone else lol
