It's always like this or happened only once? What Browser/OS/Device you use?
Happend once and i am using internet explorer on the xbox one haha, sorry dont know any versions or technical info to help you out, it works fine now, i have played about 10 gamse since, im prety sure it will recognise this device as just a pc, no websites are loaded up in mobile mode or anything like that :)
I just think, that this can be some temp thing - can you please write here (if you will play several other games) if it's ok for you or not?
Haha its happened again to the game im in currently
Can you make a screenshot please?
Next time i will try, it might be a photo from my phone hah
It happened again and i got some photos but hard to upload them, is there an email i can send them to? This time when i refreshed the page it loaded unlike the others so i dont know if it was a one off
you can upload them into your profile images.

hey guys, while we can't understand what's going on, would you please look in your console and check if there are any errors, in case it happens to you again.
this is very easy to do if you are using Chrome or FireFox, just press F12 on your keyboard, after that a panel should appear, find "Console" tab in there and see if there are any red lines of text.
that would help us a lot.
thank you
okay thank you

Didn't get a chance to click F12 and search. If it happens again I will post here.
