50 Ketamine taken is the easiest non-training-drug drug merit. 40-60 minute drug cooldown each time means you can get the merit in a day or two, even with an overdose (adds a ~24h drug cooldown).

Nice guide. I didn't know the Russian Roulette award and that I don't have to upgrade PI myself. As easy as ketamine is award for cannabis. Buying flamethrowers and selling them to the gunshop to increase networth also is trivial - one just need to resell 4 flamethrowers to get 3 merits (costs ~$4kk).

8. Just invite 100 friends, you get 2k points, invest them in Nerve Bar increase, and the rest in Nerve Bar Refill, do only 2 nerve crimes. I got it in 4-5 hours.

10. Once per day is enough. I got it by praying only once every day for 7-10 days, not sure how many.

You could also put in that paying for defends will get you merits in no time either but that is a bit expensive for some

Then there are the flying merits, it's 16 mins a flight to mexico with a PI airstrip so that merit can be got in 2 or 3 days

A ketamine OD sets your energy, happy and nerve to 0, gives you the -20% speed and strength reduction that the drug normally gives now, there's no red screen. 24-25 hour drug cooldown from an OD as well, so it's really not that big a deal. Basically the same as xanax minus the health loss and with less severe stat reduction.

Edit: This is a post-RESPO OD obviously. I just got this merit a couple weeks ago and had two ODs.

I got a ket OD post-RESPO and i had no speed or dex. This was before you could see the effect of drugs though, perhaps they have changed it. Definitely had no speed or dex though cos it was during war and I couldn't hit anybody xD

I checked after the two ketamine ODs I had while getting the merit a week or two ago and you definitely only keep the negative drug effects (-20% strength and speed), which show up in the stat effects percentages next to your battle stats. I could attack reasonably-ish fine after ODing.

Also it's -20% strength and speed, not speed and dex.

Some of the things on the list actually take quite some time to get. Here are a few additional you can add if you want that require pretty much just logging on of course/money. It should be noted that while many merits are pretty easy to get the best way is to overlap as many as possible especially the combat ones as noted below. Although I am not sure how "dumbed" down you want to make the list...

First Donator Days Merit (31 days), basically 1 DP
Marriage (every 50 days)
Faction Loyalty (every 100 Days)
Money Bags - Sell over 100m? worth of stock in the market
Bounty Hunter - Collect 250 Bounties: should be combo'd with Chaining / Faction War's if you can simply fly and/or don't care about retaliations(i.e. can just play a R/R and negate retaliations I think.)
Weapon Finishes (100 of each), combo with Chaining merits / Wars since you are hospitalizing anyway.
Spray and Pray - 2,500 Rounds Fired (combo with above, using p90 or M249 PARA LMG, or Minigun)
Group all 50 Drug merits and just list them in order of ease: i.e. Cannabis --> Shrooms or something based on either OD effect / OD timer (also note that 50 of each can be used and still unlock SSL Gym)
Add note to mugging 1 mil, easy way to do this is creating your own mug target through buying around 50m of stuff from a persons bazaar and immediately mugging them (frowned upon but I'd recommend if you don't have this honor / don't want to try and find a mug target)
Note for 100 Bazaar customers - easy way is to simply put trash items for 1$, (like bricks)
Silicon Valley Honor - Code 100 Viruses : fastest is by coding simple virus w/ Benefit Block of IIL (requires at least the education class CMT1520 Introduction to Computing)
Casino Game: High and Low - obtain 25 streak High's and Low
Medal - 500 Medical Items Used, combo with Russian Roulette, War time, ect. for best result use only Small First Aid Kits
Add note to city finds: Combo with Company specials like Candle Shops and/or drugs like LSD
First 5 Networth Medals: since both 10m and 50m are both Medals and Rank triggers obtainable selling items back to the game like Flamethrowers(cheaper with Gunshop Special), list some items sell for over 80% bought value are i.e. some cars and also Selling cars from GTA crime is actually not bad if you still need some GTA medals.

Stuff to add later(since they are not in game currently):
A lot of Event/Competition type honor bars ( a lot of them are 100% obtainable by anyone regardless of age/stat/wealth)

Optionally you could list merits in order of cost, by that I mean "easy merits" as obtainable for less than point value of buying a merit i.e. if 1 point costs $80,000 than 1 merit should be prioritized as less than 20 million investment of time/money to that player. Past this point it's basically just better to buy a merit until you cannot, before bothering to earn more "expensive" merits for example "Loan Shark"
