Small simple suggestion, I would LOVE to see a new list on our sidebar, like the ones we have for online friends / enemies.
Make a new list 'Faction', obviously showing what faction members are online at the time. I believe this will be useful (especially for faction leaders / chain leaders) in wars, also making it easy to see what faction members are most active / who is there to talk to etc etc
Not much detail to give, should be pretty obvious :P
Edit: Feedback by Moguai [423015], will only make sense to add them for Companies as well

Now that you mention it, it does seem a little odd this wasn't already included in the lists section... Didn't even think about this until you suggested it!
Would make seeing which members are online so much easier than searching through the members list.
In the mean time though (now I'm not 100% sure about this) you can open the faction member page and see who is online from their, refreshing every so often, just have it open in a new page.
Although you can do this, a little sidebar would be cool, might struggle to get your 100+ though, it will mainly help faction leaders etc. so most might not care, I'd like it for general use though, see who is online to talk to :) R+
But in all honesty I do agree, especially since our info page (Henkie!) is spammed with sigs, so it would take 5 minutes to load the memberlist after the faction information box.
I'll add this to the OP, only thought of factions as they require more interaction than companies, but might still be useful for Directors :) If they get added for Factions it will only make sense to do it for Companies as well
I do the same thing with my friends list already, but it would be nice to have a separate faction member list.
I don't think it's necessary for companies though as a director wouldn't really need to engage in on-the-spot interactions with specific employees on a day-to-day basis when they're online I wouldn't think (a director can just fire off a mail asking them to rehab if needs be, which would be the only thing that would require an "immediate" message to be sent).
Yup, thought Company list won't be as useful as Factions as factions generally have more interaction than companies, but it just makes sense to add both (like we have both Faction and Company chats). Can still be useful for Directors, either way I don't think a Company list will get in the way for anyone, maybe even use a similar system to chats where you can turn certain lists on / off?
